Our business idea involves preparing and selling a variety of fast food breakfasts and snack meals. Customers will be able to choose and combine food in the way that best suits their taste; for example, sweet, healthy or a combination of both. Hungry customers will also be able to have custom made sandwiches, a variety of cereals (chocolate flakes, oat flakes, cornflakes, etc.), delicious baked goods produced by the Pečjak bakery or peanut-butter sandwiches with Nutella, fruits or cream.
Fast food market is big; there are many fast food shops but there is also a lot of variation on the market, because many new shops open up and then shortly after close their doors.
This business idea could potentially be expanded into a chain of fast food shops with a wider range of meals to choose from. The company could also raise the customers’ awareness of healthy diets and help them make good choices.
We expect to earn € 3,700 per month. Rental costs, wages and equipment should cost around € 8,600. A 10,000–12,000 € loan will be required to rent or purchase food shops, renovate them and take care of all the paperwork. We expect to pay it back in 1 year.
We will need assistance with management, accounting and renovating shops. Critical Issues for the Success of the Project are: potential failure because of low customer interests or big competition; potential difficulties with supply of materials or with inspection.

This project could work in since people these days are taking care better of their bodies and expend big dollars in gyms, boot camps, etc. to be well fit also need this compliment as the daily diet or food. I think this bakery/fast food breakfast business will be a perfect candidate to be open for business, since its healthy and give the final user or customer a variety of products to choose.
Competition as you mentioned exists everywhere and on all types of business and as you also mentioned they close down the business right after they open. This can be solve using a good marketing strategies such using social networks to make your business know and choosing the right location and advertise locally. Now on the administrative side I think that its lacking a business plan. If you want to succeed and stay and fight with competition you will need at least to contemplate 6 months on your regular expenses.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion this is an excellent idea. I believe this concept would work perfectly for Miami. Miami its composed a large urban area that people are always on the go. I say It from experience, with work and school is hard to keep a healthy and nutritional diet. I like that this business idea would facilitate people’s live. In regards to adaptation to the market in Miami, I believe this concept has the tools it need to enter the market.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and many people tend to skip it because of the rush to go to work, school, etc. As you said, customers will be able to choose and combine their foods how they prefer in a fast way, no excuses. It is a very good idea that you also offer healthy choices, since people nowadays want to lead a healthy life, so it will be open to any kind of customer. If you follow your plan as it’s been established, I know you will be very successful.

ReplyDeleteHealthy fast food is in the minds of many people that live in urban cities. This business can be successful in Miami, Florida since the residents are always in a rush to their destination and often skip breakfast. I believe your main target will be parents, since they are the ones that are concern with healthy food for their child and providing this service for them will definitely increase customer loyalty. The only advice I will give is that you can create a mobile ordering service, like the one that Starbucks provide to customers, this way you can really pick up and go.

ReplyDeleteI believe this product is a great idea and would definitely work in Miami, Florida. People in Miami, especially Miami Beach are very health conscious now a days. Many work out and watch what they eat on a daily basis. I like how there is an option for sweets and is not purely targeted to one market. The option for the customer to customize their own sandwich is wonderful because it gives them complete control, something that is not always offered when ordering from a fast food restaurant.
